In Odoo 18, enter ticket on website while not logged into portal. Name field information is not saved

Outcome: Name entered into "name" field is lost, instead being replaced with the name "public user"

Expected Result: If the name entered cannot be saved in the "customer name" field, it should be saved in a different field or the chatter so the information is not lost.
