I'm getting a huge amount of stupid warnings for big docs #77, examples:

WARNING: Duplicate explicit target name errors
WARNING: duplicate label sub-header-3, other instance in /home/jupman/prj/big-docs-example/A/A/big-docs-example-AA1.ipynb
