back screen when same or over threashold

issue: Black screen whit a blue tint when it should tint the display
other mods present:

• Jasm v-3.0
• Configuration v-1.2.1

damage tint version: 1.1.0-1.16.5

Hi, I'm the creator of Jasm and one of my users have an issue whit the combination of my and your mod I have tested and it have resulted in the same problem from my code I can't find way it would make this problem so I think this is something to do whit damage tint if not please tell me then how it's my mod because I can't find way.
