Sometimes, and for some people, the multimesh AMI has a broken GREYMATTER_API_HOST:

This is after running ./setup.sh.

We saw it happen to some people during the last training session, but not others. It's easily fixed with export GREYMATTER_API_HOST=$PUBLIC_IP:30000, so maybe that should become the default way to set that variable in ~/.profile, instead of asking minikube.
