Including a link to the FAQ from README.md (or maybe just include it there?)

Things to include:

Container query infinite loop concern, how it's mitigated
First-pass render flash
Why this is a good foundation way to do responsive
Does this replace media queries (no)

Not yet - because this is probably appropriate to do only once all of the above issues have stabilized enough for us to comment on.
