Seems like a downgrade #7

I wouldn't call it an upgrade. This is a different firmware.
The main feature of this version is to be able to create your own menus through the configuration. If you aren't happy with the default menus, you can just make your own. Sure, they're not going to be as visual as the ones from the other version, but at the same time you're not stuck with a fixed set of menus. The default menus are pretty much the same as the default menus for standard screens in Klipper. Also they do include mesh calibration.
I never had any of these issues. Obviously, I can't do anything about it unless I receive a report with a proper description and logs. |

I have to ask why release an upgrade that removes functionality and is much more difficult to navigate? The original was great, and this will be the first time I have ever upgraded anything and decided to downgrade back to what I had before.
Missing:
Bed leveling
Confusing/unintuitive:
Controls - why would you take away the visual control system and replace it with list items where you need to select that you want to move each axis before you can then move that axis, then you have to go back to the previous screen if you want to move a different axis and choose it. Also, you have to go to the second screen to even be able to select "move"
Bed leveling - there is no more bed leveling, either automatic or manual.
Heater verification: after upgrading the heater no longer heats past about 200° before complaining about not heading at the expected rate.
The main screen looks like it has buttons to press, but the only thing you can do from the main screen is press the hamburger list icon.
I like:
Estimated time
PID tuning, if it actually worked.
I realize it says it is a test version, so hopefully my testing and criticism can be helpful, but as it stands, it is quite broken.
I do appreciate all your efforts, because without it we wouldn't have any options, but to buy a different board or write the firmware ourselves. So thanks for that.
