tx_dpcookieconsent_domain_model_cookie can't be translated #151

TYPO3 is a multi language CMS, I think it is important that the cookie descriptions can be translated according to the site language.

Right now I can translate the folder the tx_dpcookieconsent_domain_model_cookie entries are stored but I can't translate the cookie entries.
