N/A, this bug happens randomly in random input fields with no user input

Describe what you EXPECTED to happen.

all 0 values should have no negative symbol

so 0.00 should only ever show up as 0.00 no -0.00

Describe what happened instead.

0.00 values randomly display as -0.00
