we know there's nasty people that will try to extract illegal content
idea would be to scan such thing beforehand and ban them automagically (with an appeal system).
the only issues I see are :

  • false positives (like how the "scan" would work ?)
  • privacy concerns ? (especially if using 3rd party services. time to get ToS I guess)

implementing this could also solve the issue of zip bombs being processed just fine

idea : make a global ban list with UID's of people going against the rules
would be public and usable by every fork
