Description:
Add a spinner animation to display while processing requests for Search, Delete, and Archive actions. This will provide visual feedback to users that the system is working on their request.

Requirements:
Search: Show spinner while retrieving results.
Delete: Show spinner during deletion.
Archive: Show spinner while archiving.

Acceptance Criteria:
Spinner appears before sample records are shown.
