The source has this

%verse 35,3
   >TX"JLJN >"JDJ>" DMR"PJN WBWR"K> DR"<LN >CTR"RJN

According to my tables, a raita should come from ^", but I do not see that in the source. But the rahta, unicode 0705 is also not in the source.

The ^" is in the PIL transcription, which I do not use, and in the WIT transcription there is no rahta.
What you see is the seyame, 0308 (combining diaresis)
