Missing Linux compile instructions (Core 3.1) #2

As it currently appears, this project is built and likely intented on Windows only.
I managed to compile and run this application on native amd64 Debian 11 bookworm. I will do more testing, and then eventually provide steps to compile and run this program as pull request if they are needed.
Also steps to compile on Windows should be present.
