As part of initial turbine stage design, a mean-line design module is required to be developed.

This will include the following features:

Basic mean-line design tools for figuring out performance parameters for a given number of stages.
- Calculate velocity-triangle angles based on a given set of vector magnitudes
- Calculate velocity-vectors based on a set of `velocity-triangle' angles.
- Calculate core performance parameters including
  - Degree of reaction
  - Flow Coefficient
  - Work Coefficient
  - Tangential Force Coefficient
