This is probably a paperspace issue but has anyone else noticed the notebook running incredibly slow. It is taking forever to download and do anything.

Has anyone found a fix for the issue?

same here, It used to download everything under 5 minutes, now it has being more than 30 minutes and it still downloading requirements and download repositories.
Edit :
check paperspace support twitter account, they said that they are aware of the connectivity issues and are working on a fix .
