<seg resp="bibC00001">The drawing enlarges the final letters of 4 and 6 (<c
rend="diplo">I</c> and <c rend="diplo">T</c>) to balance the enlarged
initial letters (<c rend="diplo">S</c> and <c rend="diplo">L</c>). This is
unlikely (cf. <ref type="inscription">RIB 1147</ref>, where it does not
occur); the enlarged initial letters, like the leftward setting, simply mark
<quote>paragraphs</quote>, a convention found in Roman manuscript
documents.</seg>
