add try/except for creator.displayName #8

Line 75 of get-all-issues.py throws an error if creator displayname is "anonymous".

changing

creatorname = issue.fields.creator.displayName

to

try:
    creatorname = issue.fields.creator.displayName
except AttributeError:
    creatorname = 'Unknown'

seems to resolve the issue. Tried to commit a branch with the edit but no perms. Simple enough that y'all can do it im sure
