🔧 Remove space-template_desc-T1w_mask resource

Related problem

The space-template_desc-T1w_mask resource seems to only be connected to FNIRT anatomical registration when used with the NHP pipelines only. This can be replaced by the already-established space-template_desc-brain_mask.

When users run any of the nodeblocks requesting space-template_desc-T1w_mask, and they are not using FNIRT with NHP options, they get a missing resource error.

Proposed feature

Remove the space-template_desc-T1w_mask output entirely, and change all instances where this input is requested to space-template_desc-brain_mask.

Acceptance criteria

• space-template_desc-T1w_mask removed as an output from FNIRT registration.
• Removed from any nodeblocks requesting it, and replaced with space-template_desc-brain_mask.
• Removed from the outputs list.
