Describe the bug

Industrial Forgoing: transport mod's conveyor belt does not turn around when shift clicked with wrench. It looks like the direction is turned but the forwarding direction does not turn. I tried it with EnderIO's Yeta wrench.

Steps to reproduce

1. Put down a Industrial Forgoing: transport's conveyor belt. - the direction is away from you.
2. Shift+right click on it with a Yeta wrench - looks like turns the direction.
3. drop something on it or step on it. - The forwarding direction stays the original, and not the same what it looks like.

Expected behaviour

The conveyor belts forwarding direction turns with the look.
