Start From x number when using a number generator #3

When using a number generator, allow users to choose what number the sequence will start from.

Example 1:
Start From 0
[0] combination_1
[1] combination_2
[2] combination_3
etc.

Example 2:
Start From 100
[100] combination_1
[101] combination_2
[102] combination_3
etc.
