Update for you:
Jenni and I had a good convo with dchoi today. We have decided:

• URLs need to have 7 day expiry.
• Longer is only possible unless if find our own URL solution, which we don't have time to do
• We should plan to refresh URLs on 14 March, so that we can tell SPs they have 6 days to download data
• I will work with Brenda to figure out the best way to manage this with SPs. This will be a key factor in the start epoch decision.
