Screen Going black after using - Force Speed / Vision / Stealth

I've been having this issue with the newest version of this mod, after I use any of those abilities, my Minecraft screen goes black. Even if I press ESC, it's still black. Help?

I've tried without Optifine so it's not the settings I'm using.

Turn off "Use Shaders" in the mod's config.

(Yes I know this is a old post) I have also reproduced this with having "Fast Render" on under optifine settings. I just have Fast Render off and I may still have the force power shaders. [Reproduced with about 4 people]
