[BUG] A blank screen when opening 13.0.1.

Describe the bug

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install using the Win x64 7z.
2. Double click Flashpoint.exe
3. I get this when it opens, and nothing happens.

Expected behavior
Standard flashpoint opening. The 12.2.0 opened just fine, as did other versions prior to it.

Actually worked lol. I recommend deleting old install though.

Can repro on HEAD, running from custom Nix derivation on NixOS. No abnormal logs. Same issue on a completely normal Windows PC, running the latest tag.
