[CLI] Default values when creating a new Static Shock project

Expected behaviour

Whenever I do not submit a value when creating a new Static Shock project, it should use the example value as the value.

Actual behaviour

It throws an error and requires the user to enter a value

Why?

By adding default values, it allows people to create projects quicker, it's a lot easier to tap the enter key when asked for a name than having to type in "test".
