Handle empty theme config #58

If the theme config has been completely wiped - i.e.

{"_id":"ui/themerealm","realm":{}}

then fr-config-pull will throw an error like

 fr-config-pull themes
Getting themes
TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'alpha')
    at Object.exportThemes (/Users/xxxx/cicd/fr-config-manager/packages/fr-config-pull/src/scripts/themes.js:86:41)
    at process.processTicksAndRejections (node:internal/process/task_queues:95:5)

It is uncertain how the theme config ends up with an empty realm object, unless forced via the config API. The tooling should handle this gracefully.
