User can not access to his account

User mtocat_01 can not enter on his ocp account.
When he access first time fulfill the joining form wrongly as he dont want to become freedomcoop member and because added 17 shares (he is part of OCW) I remove him from freedomcoop membership as candidate from admin side, maybe this is why he can not access.

This error is nonsense, the user is submitting an old cached form that has expired the CSRF check... doesn't matter which form is using: if he just reloads the page this error should disappear.

Anyway i saw that he is candidate at botc, and if he don't want to became candidate of FdC, then is better that he uses the members.botc domain, also for using to the OCW project. That's because the custom domain+login page for OCW is not yet defined (neither for LNs) and I'm still waiting any feedback with issue #489
