📌 Issue 내용

  • 동화 내용 API 리팩토링

📝 TO DO

  • builder 패턴 적용
  • 테스트 코드 작성
  • 그때 그때 번역 -> 자주 쓰이는 언어에 한해서만 번역 후 저장 + 저장된 걸 가져오기 (시간 효율)
  • package 변경
  • DTO -> requestDTO , responseDTO로 분리
  • 책 내용 seed data 등록
