Issue

'INFORMATION_AND_BOOK_ONE_WEEK '검증 로직은 일주일동안 도서 카테고리에
해당하는 사용자의 스크린타임 기록이 있다면 true를 반환하고 false를 반환한다.

테스트를 위해 이틀동안으로 범위를 좁히고 구현 후 테스트 예정
