Support Running Multiple Instances with Different Ports #24

Currently just one instance of a specific Cyclone component is allowed to be executed on a target.

Running multiple instances with different ports should be supported for different use cases.

This approach is simple to implement instead of changing the architecture to support execution of different tasks.
