Email Campaign Dashboard and Web Tracker Not working

Hi everyone,

Issue 1:
I had created a sample of an email template loaded with {{TRACKER}}.

However, the tracker does not seem to work. I had one of my peer to click on the link that I had fired the phishing email. The dashboard does not seem to track the {{TRACKER}}.

The dashboard did not register my peer's opening of the email. The tracking to the landing page is also not showing that the email had been open. In the email, the image is showed as a broken image (broken image icon).

Issue 2:
I had followed the YouTube link (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cQcMZ5XIBbQ&t=1179s) to create a Web Tracker and keyed in all the ID in the configuration page linking it to my simple web form.

However, the Web Tracker does not record any data.

Hopefully, if someone can share some guide or light in this matter.
