@ahwagner when talking about #76 :

7:140,485,608, which aligns directly adjacent to ENST00000644969.2_6 / NM_001374258.1 (browser view). Note that the RefSeq identifier is the same, and the Ensembl identifier has a trailing _6, indicating it is the sixth version of the back-alignment of ENST00000644969.2 to GRCh37 provided by ENSEMBL

We currently do not have any back alignment data. Ensembl has been a constant issue when querying UTA db. We should look into this. #4 is similar

Also biocommons/uta#233. Yeah, we should look into it. But don't let that block #76; let's get that one completed (without ENST support) and then come back to this issue.
