  1. Open Zenodo
  2. Login with GitHub
  3. (Give access permission to organisation)
  4. Find repo in list
  5. Publish release (initial release v0.0.0.9000 then v0.0.1 in another release)
  6. Copy DOI
  7. Update CITATION.cff using: https://github.com/openwashdata-dev/washr/blob/main/R/update_citation.R

update_citation.R will also add the badge, rebuild README and rebuild pkgdown website.
