workaround communication: use two 5.1k resistors between CC1, CC2 to 0V as shown in https://agopengps.discourse.group/t/smd-pcb-project-for-an-all-in-one-compact-pcb-for-aog-qog/3640/163?u=goronb

This is done with V1.7

correction of first issue will lead to a new piggyback PCB, but no mods needed for the main PCB
