Deleting Node Takes Too Much Time

When we decide to delete a node, it'll try to delete node usage and node user usage for all users so if someone has got thousands of users, it'll take 15 minutes or more to do so. As a result, people often delete node user usage manually using SQL queries and then they delete the node which is not the best way to do it. Is there any possible way to integrate queries into the panel so this process wouldn't take this long?
