For Users with Displays with low resolution using scaling in their Windows setting, it seems that for some occasions the GUI is to large to fit on the screen. For example a screen with 1080pix and scaling of 125 or 150 will not show the full GUI.
Best solution would be to make it invariant against scaling. Second best solution is to get resolution and scaling and if would not fit try to enforce non scaling for the GUI if possible.
