Antitrust Policy

I want to get review of #531 . Also I want to move forward #471 if CASDK IF plugin (by Dan) can use NPM module generated by OpenAPI doc of WebAPI.

@YaSuenag - We will look to review #531 this week, and it can go in a 1.6.2 release next week if approved. 1.6.1 release will still go out this week as it's already all approved and merged (and we don't want to create a dependency just in case)

Do you have target date of 1.6.1 release? I will show demonstration of CASDK in Open Source Conference in Tokyo, Japan in this Saturday. So I'm happy if 1.6.1 is available by that event.
