When calling compat_ui() on a project that involves extensions, the Project.toml file is shuffled (sections exchange places). This is a bother because I have Aqua.jl enabled to test my Project.toml file, and it expects a certain order in the sections.

Update: I think this is an Aqua problem: JuliaTesting/Aqua.jl#105
