Summary

Push the feature/nextjs-auth branch to a lower env and manually run through auth with our login.gov dev account.

This task includes the setup and manual testing. Testing can be conducted by a couple of devs or those with login.gov accounts.

Acceptance criteria

  • two internal users test the auth in a lower environment
