Summary

When links are unfurled on social media, Slack, etc., they show the outdated "A one-stop shop for…" text.

cc @mxk0 Not sure what the priority is for when we should slate this in. Should be a light lift. Please advise.

@andycochran if the next step is getting HHS approval on the content, should we get the ball rolling on that this sprint?

Yes, @michellemin-nava. Please get feedback/approval then create a frontend ticket.

The process for this small change may be as simple as this:
