URL(s) for SPOR code systems

determine how many urls should be used for identifying SPOR systems and which one.

(1) one single url for SPOR OR one for each 'letter' (substance, orghanization,.product,...) ?

(2) https://spor.ema.europa.eu ? if only one ?

https://spor.ema.europa.eu/omswi for orgs ?
https://spor.ema.europa.eu/pmswi for products ?

We can use the ones you have there as placeholders until EMA can confirm what the real urls are supposed to be.

I've started a document for us to start tracking the code systems. Need to clean it up and then will put into Github later today

I added the codesystems in hl7-eu/gravitate-health@0e8671d - I have little knowledge about what codes should go into it

for the time being are available only the O and the R of SPOR ... there are a lot of concepts there already ...

Not fully clear how do you want to use these CS in the guide; to provide some examples of concepts that you may find in ?

for RMS it is suppose to use a distinct Code System for each list in the RMS
