Observed/problematic behavior

Yesterday I published a new plugin, but I created the project for it about a month earlier, so I could set up everything properly beforehand.
Today I noticed that the plugin only shows under "Recently updated" and not under "Newest" althouhg it was the first release.

Expected behavior

Plugins that had no prior releases should be shown under "Newest" and not "Recently updated"

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a project
  2. Wait a good amount of time before uploading your first version
  3. Look at "Newest"

Found the plugin on page 8 of the "Newest" tab
Also, not quite sure if unlisted plugins should even be added to "Newest" in the first place
