Integrate plotting into driver script

Motivation.

Currently Jupyter notebooks provide an interface to plotting methods for the respective applications. Although this works, a directory means via the driver script can aid the downstream user to view the diagnostic analyses more efficiently.

Proposed solution.

Create a plotting class and sub-classes for each application. Introduce all configuration to the respective application configurations.
