No need for selecting a sheet when importing from an Excel file with a single sheet

@N-thony - when importing an excel file with a single sheet, can we make it that the one and only sheet available is automatically selected (user does not need to tick the check box) because there is no choice to be made.

This is a small issue but makes R-Instat neat if done.
