The definitions of resistor types Rsil, Rppd, and Rhigh differ between the DRC documentation, the primitive device library (which I assume comes from the klayout pycells) and the device DRC QA layouts.
Rsil: The primitive device/pycell contains PolyRes which does not exist for this device in the documentation or the QA layout.
Rppd: The primitive device/pycell contains PolyRes which does not exist for this device in the documentation or the QA layout. Also, the primitive device/pycell does not contain GatPoly in the resistor region, while both the documentation and QA layout have GatPoly.
Rhigh: Both the primitive device/pycell contain PolyRes, but this layer does not appear in the device recognition definition in the documentation.
Please clarify how these devices are intended to be constructed.
