I want to avoid issues by staying on the last stable version of Harmony 1

Well the problem is now that when you have a plugin that uses Harmony 2 you cant use Antilock anymore ( or the other way around ). Please update to Harmony 2 that would be great.

it causes advancedregions from imperial to stop working.
