Harassment at the workplace can be of any type, whether verbal or physical harassment, sexual favors, psychological, emotional, etc. There are five major types of workplace harassments, they are:
Verbal harassment
Psychological harassment
Cyberbullying
Sexual harassment

<p class="blog-overview">Where a child contracts a child marriage <span id="dot">...</span><span id="p">, any person having charge of the child, whether as parent or guardian or any other person or in any other capacity, lawful or unlawful, including any member of an organization or association of persons who does any act to promote the marriage or permits it to be solemnised, or negligently fails to prevent it from being solemnised, including attending or participating in a child marriage, shall be punishable with rigorous imprisonment which may extend to two years and shall also be liable to fine which may extend upto one lakh rupees: Provided that no woman shall be punishable with imprisonment.</span></p>

Inappropriate Behaviour
</h2>
<p>
The following behaviour will not be tolerated:
<br>
1.Bullying, harassment, intimidation or discrimination in any form.
<br>
2.Physical or verbal abuse of any women,girl child.
<br>
3. Inappropriate use of nudity and/or sexual images or sexual language in public spaces , and social media or other correspondence.
<br>
4. Any boisterous, lewd or offensive behaviour or language including, but not limited to, sexually explicit or offensive language or conduct, profanity, obscene gestures, or racial, religious or ethnic slurs.
<br>
5.Possession of a weapon, or any item that can be used as a weapon, which may be used to threaten or cause injury to others if used in a certain manner.
Possessing any illegal substance.
<br>
6.Assembling for the purpose of, or resulting in, disturbing the peace, or committing any unlawful act or engaging in any offensive behaviour.
<br>
Examples of inappropriate behaviour include, but are not limited to: unwelcome verbal comments relating to gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, religion, national origin, inappropriate use of nudity and/or sexual images in public spaces or in presentations, harassing photography or recordings, offensive email, voicemail messages, social media postings, deliberate threatening or stalking.
