Is it possible to use the phone dialler instead of the Browser Phone dialler for making video calls?

I have a soft phone. I want to get all the features of the Browser phone dialler in the soft phone.
If I press the video call button in the soft phone, the starting, trying and ringing should appear in the softphone and once the call is attended the Browser Phone video should appear in the softphone. Is it possible to achieve this requirement?

What softphone? Browser phone will be able to work with any other Softphone that supports Opus and VP8/9 video codec.
