Integrated Support Companies

Have a offshoot tech of the support companies that basically gives a slight buff of the respective company to all units across the board, symbolising "standard adoption".

Although; might be somewhat OP? Trying to come to a a satisfying way on how to make the player "pay" for it. Thought about somehow trying to involve a decision with it, but that becomes awkward, because A) the tech "allowing" the decision won't have the the visible modifiers and B) the decision won't have the visible modifiers in neat way like the tech does.

Other way would be increase unit cost? But last time I checked it is not possible/wonky to modify a unit's costs on-the-go.

While writing, came up with alternative approach that I like:

Tech is visible but not allowed to be taken. When the associated level of support is researched (e.g. Recon III), this will unlock a decision about "expand and integrate Recon companies" which will cost xp, will nerf the army a tiny bit for a while, but will then research the tech.
