would you kindly integrate UMAP? #60

Thanks a lot for your feedback. Yes, we are integrating UMAP in cytofkit and will release soon.

Hi,
I have been using Cytofkit more and more recently, and I think I like it more, the more I use it.
Recently there is a new tool UMAP come up and it is much faster than tSNE, and it also presents more meaningful plots as the distance between dots now reflect the relationship or similarity.
there is a separated package for UMAP for sure, but it is a big pain to give up the developed pipeline and beautiful figure generation tools in cytofkit, would you kindly integrate UMAP in cytofkit some time?
