Hi,

When I review my results I get 60 plus clusters when I only used ID makers like CD45, CD3, CD4, CD8, CD11c, CD11b, F4/80, Ly6G, Ly6C... and I get about 30 plus when I also include all expression markers like PD-1, PD-L1...

I followed the "A guide to Phenograph" set up by Abby...

Any help or pointers will be greatly apprecaited
