Highlight in visual mode from current cursor position on

In visual mode, hitting iv should highlight up to the next punctuation mark from the current cursor position, and not from the position where visual mode was entered.

This seems related to beloglazov/vim-textobj-punctuation#3 so perhaps one should ask @kana about it?
